Sold, Two Orange County Homes

Bryan Zuetel

We are pleased to announce the successful sale of these two Orange County homes. Here's the story about the sale in our clients' own words:

Since the crash of the real estate market back in 2008, we have been sitting in our small condo hoping to one day buy our forever home.  We turned to Bryan and Esquire Real Estate to handle the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home.  We had waited years for the market to turn around and were a little worried about buying and selling simultaneously in this fast paced market.  Bryan talked us through everything, answered all questions whether big or small, and was able to explain everything in terms we could understand.  This was a tumultuous escrow to say the least and Bryan handled every turn with professionalism and care.  Through the various curve balls thrown at us, Bryan eased our anxiety and negotiated on our behalf which ultimately ended with us now living in our forever home. Bryan sold our condo quickly and was even able to work out closing both escrows at the same time (that is SO hard to do these days!). Buying a home is one of the biggest most important investments you will ever make.  We could not imagine going through this monumental purchase without someone who was honest, knowledgable and had our best interest at heart.  Bryan was all of these and more. Thank you Esquire Reality for holding our hand through his process and making our dream of owning a home a reality!  We are forever grateful!

Bryan Zuetel, Esq. in a recent Realtor.com article

Bryan Zuetel

As an expert in real estate law,  Bryan Zuetel, Esq. was recently quoted in Realtor.com,  the National Association of Realtors® website, on the topic of home buyers contracts. Here is his excerpt of the article Bryan was quoted in:

"The contract's contingencies (see below) provide the buyer a period to conduct due diligence, which essentially means doing homework. If the buyer discovers negative information regarding the property during this time, he can cancel the escrow and receive a refund of his earnest money, says Bryan Zuetel, a real estate attorney and broker at Esquire Real Estate, in Orange County, CA.

Contingencies are requirements that must be met before a real estate deal can close. The customary ones for the buyer's loan are property appraisal, financing, home inspection, disclosures, homeowners association disclosures, and a title report, says Zuetel."
